Commerce Club

The Commerce Club at Presentation College of Applied Sciences is a student-driven initiative dedicated to exploring the dynamic world of business, finance, and trade. Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic concepts learned in the classroom and their real-world applications. By providing a collaborative platform for aspiring professionals, the club helps students develop essential industry skills and stay updated on the latest economic trends. We strongly focus on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset by encouraging innovative thinking and analysing real-world startup case studies. Additionally, the club promotes practical financial literacy to build vital awareness around investments, stock markets, and public finance. Through organizing various engaging events, competitions, and seminars, we also foster essential teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities. Ultimately, the Commerce Club ensures that our members are thoroughly prepared to face future career challenges in the modern corporate landscape.

Career Guidance Programme

A career guidance programme was organised for UG and PG students of the Commerce Department on 18 July 2025 at 2.00 pm in the Seminar Hall. The session was handled by Ms. Manika Manal and Ms. Chithra V. S., who provided valuable insights into career opportunities and higher studies.

Empowering Young Minds

An outreach programme titled Commerce Empowering Young Minds was conducted for Plus Two students of VCSHSS, Puthenvelikara on 8 August 2025 at 1.00 pm, aiming to motivate students towards commerce education.

Alumni Meet

An alumni meet for UG students was organised on 14 August 2025 at 2.00 pm in the Seminar Hall. The session was led by Mr. Krishnachandran R., who shared experiences and guidance with the students.

Shade Your Creativity

A pencil drawing competition was organised on 22 September 2025 from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm in the Auditorium, encouraging students to showcase their artistic talents.
